Michelle became the President of RHL Inc. in 2015, bringing over 25 years of experience in senior roles within business development and marketing in the financial services sector. With expertise in banking, insurance, real estate, sales, strategic planning, business development, and marketing strategy, she is responsible for shaping the company’s vision and overseeing daily operations. Michelle has a Bachelors Degree in Business, licensed in both Real Estate and Insurance. Additionally, Michelle serves as the Executive Director of the Tennessee Association of Affordable Housing (TAAH).

Cynthia Hurst, Operations Manager

Cynthia is a dedicated financial and operations professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Troy University. Since 2007, she has played a pivotal role at RHL Inc. and Holiday House Properties, where she currently serves as Operations Manager. In this capacity, Cynthia leads financial planning and analysis, manages company accounting systems, oversees budgeting and reporting, and ensures fiscal compliance across all departments.

With nearly two decades of experience, Cynthia has worked closely with a wide range of industries—including software development firms, retail businesses (both online and physical), private schools, fitness centers, therapy clinics, and affordable housing providers—bringing a disciplined, numbers-driven approach to each unique operational model.

Cynthia is known for her ability to streamline accounting processes, optimize financial performance, and support long-term organizational growth. She also supervises financial operations for multiple properties and provides strategic oversight to property managers.

In addition to her primary role, Cynthia serves as the Operations Director for the Tennessee Association of Affordable Housing (TAAH), where she contributes her financial acumen to advance the mission of providing quality, affordable housing throughout the state.

With more than 20 years of experience in property, business, and construction management, Emily offers a practical, solution-focused approach to every project. Her expertise covers multi-family housing, self-storage, hospitality, and fleet operations. She also oversees the digital presence for both our company and the Tennessee Association of Affordable Housing (TAAH), ensuring effective and engaging communications. Emily is passionate about helping others, solving challenges, and delivering results.
