ABOUT RHL

Established in 1988, RHL Inc., is a housing management and consulting company, specializing in subsidized, income-based properties. The RHL management portfolio incorporates 152 units in Springfield, Trenton, and Woodbury, TN. These properties are subsidized under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), the Rural Development 515 program, and the HUD Section 8 program. RHL is a member of Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA) and is a Certified Property Management Entity (CPM) through THDA. Members of our management team receive ongoing training in assisted housing compliance and fair housing practices and many have achieved professional management designations related to LIHTC, Rural Housing and HUD programs.

CONSULTING

RHL provides consulting services to affordable housing property management companies, creating streamlined processes, assessment and reorganization of employee structure, and customized, simple software for budget tracking, reporting, as well as project and spend prioritizations for the most efficient workflow.

Remedies and complaint filing deadlines vary by program or incident.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
